English Oaks H.O.A. has two neighborhood garage sales each year, one in the spring and one in the fall. Please visit this site for exact dates. The H.O.A. takes care of the required permits from the City of Kennesaw for these two events.
Residents may also have their own sales. The H.O.A. requires that such sales are approved by the association. Residents must also obtain a permit from the City of Kennesaw. Sales are allowed no more than 3 days in a row. The permit form is available from the receptionist at City Hall at no charge.
